"I really liked the tidiness of the place. Everything was clean and well-organized, which made it very comfortable. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, creating a great experience. I also enjoyed the traditional food, which was delicious and authentic — it truly added to the charm of the visit."

We liked how clean it was and of course the friendly staff. The location is near to what we needed that day, but there was a lot of traffic and construction going on, which we were aware of before our visit. The room was big and the pool and gym would have been great for us if we had had the time to use them. They also offer manicure/pedicure services, which I will book during my next stay here. The Indian restaurant inside the hotel had delicious food and the breakfast was satisfying too. Oh, and there is a parking garage in the basement which was important for us.

Staff where incredibly friendly, despite the several challenges that we experienced with our travel dates getting to Tanzania, once we were there the hotel were incredibly helpful and made the journey amazing.

Everything. To start with, the location is very central to visit Dar Es Salaam or to be in transit in DAR (close to airport, fish market, kariakoo market). Easy access to bajaji and taxis. The receptionist on our first day put us in contact with someone who installed a tanzanian sim on our phone. This changed our lives, we used bolt everytime through our tanzanian number. The porters are incredibly pleasant and helpful. One of the porters even offered to be our guide one morning, we enjoyed his friendly tour. We got a free late check out. Our rooms were always clean and tidy. The restaurant has been helpful many times with good dishes at a decent restaurant price (a bit pricy compared to local street restaurants nearby but it makes sense as this one is a real clean restaurant). The buffet breakfast has a nice egg station and varies everyday. The swimming pool was also very nice on the warm days. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel. It exceeded our expectation. Thank you so much CBD hotel, we hope to be back one day.

The staff were very welcoming and courteous at all times. Management was visible and paid us a visit when husband complained of a mosquito although this really wasnt a serious issue which i thought was going an extra mile to see to it that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Worth mentioning is the Spa lady who gave me one of the best full body massages i have ever had and Yohane who was always eager to help at any particular point. Check in and check out was equally very efficient with friendly and courteous personnel at the reception.
